Responsibilities include assisting in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items. Ideal applicants will have prior catering experience. Employees must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends.
FRONT END/EQUPIMENT MANAGER:
Primary responsbility of this position is to oversee the successful execution of all catering events; including supervising the servers and bartenders onsite and coordinating execution with the chef during the event. Additional responsibilities include transporting product and staff to and from event sites as well as selecting and maintain event equipment. Ideal applicants will have prior catering experience. Employees must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work an event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends.
Applicants would ideally have prior experience and should be comfortable working all aspects of special events including (but not limited to): room/tent set up, truck loading/unloading, beverage service, buffet/plated dinner service and venue clean-up. Servers must be punctual and have a polished, professional appearance. Employees must be available to work an event-driven schedule which includes evenings and weekends.
Utility workers assist in multiple areas such as dishwashing, general cleaning and light prep work as well as the handling and maintenance of equipment.
